11. Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Non-Refundable Services

Payments made for:

  • Visa guidance

    are non-refundable.

Refunds Allowed Only For:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Payment gateway failure

    (Processed within 7–14 working days)

No Refund For:

  • Visa rejection

  • University rejection

  • Change of decision

  • Not attending classes

  • Delay caused by third parties

Cancellation

Services once purchased cannot be cancelled.
